The Cadence Health team seeks a remote Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist to call and schedule enrollment appointments for patients who are referred to Cadence by our partner physicians. You will be the patient's first point of contact and experience with Cadence and will interact with patients via phone call, text, and email.

This role will be Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Accurately explain our program details, benefits, expected outcomes, patient responsibility, and financial consideration to patients.
  • Schedule virtual patient enrollment appointments with the Cadence enrollment team.
  • Schedule enrollment appointments at local clinics for patients who are unable to enroll virtually.
  • Cultivate strong rapport and trust with potential clients, fostering enduring relationships founded on mutual respect and understanding.
  • Adjust your communication style to connect authentically with a wide range of people

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Experience working in a healthcare services organization with accountability for performance metrics.
  • Prior experience conducting a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of patient confidentiality.
  • Comfort using software tools to conduct and track patient outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and passion for delivering an excellent patient experience at every touch point.
  • Ability to build successful patient relationships and overcome objections over the phone.
  • Ability to thrive in a self-driven environment founded on trust, autonomy, direct communication, and feedback.

  • Expected compensation range: $20 per hour plus commission ($60,000 OTE)
