The Cadence Solutions team is seeking a Brand Designer to define and deploy a coherent brand system across a complex ecosystem that helps Cadence deliver life-changing care to Seniors across America. In this role you will partner closely with Product Design, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical leaders to lead digital, print, and packaging asset creation across all external touchpoints. This work will ensure Cadence’s identity and unique value propositions resonates with its externals audiences including providers, health systems, patients, and the larger technology and health industries
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for up to 6 months with the potential opportunity to extend.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help define a multi-audience brand design system that represents Cadence as an industry leader in remote care.
- Apply brand design system across provider, hospital system, and patient touchpoints including landing pages, digital ads, training materials, video, packaging, and other printed materials.
- Collaborate closely with Product Design, Provider, Hospital System, and Patient marketing leaders, engineers, and the clinical team to produce effective communications
- Lean into user research, data analysis, and other discovery techniques to effectively influence from a position of understanding.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Great taste in brand design, photography, typography, spacing and color
- 5+ years of experience in brand or communications design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Expertise in using and building brand guidelines.
- Skilled in both print and digital mediums.
- Ability to art direct or better yet execute motion graphics.
- Proven ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, evolving organization, with a track record of delivering impactful, user-centered products.
- Obsessional ownership that leads to high output and results, balancing multiple projects and priorities with a focus on impact.
- Data mastery to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from internal teams to executive leadership.
- A collaborative mindset paired with a talent for inspiring others.
