Position Summary
The Account Implementation Manager is a role within Caris Life Sciences responsible for driving business solutions with hospital and laboratory accounts for organizational growth, retention and revenue. The Account Implementation Manager establishes and maintains the business relationship with lab decision makers to ensure timely release of tissue, efficient business workflows and overall account health with Caris hospital and laboratory accounts. The Account Implementation Manager is expected to align with their commercial team and collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational and team objectives. The Account Implementation Manager is expected to be a team player and effectively manage their assigned territory and other team projects as assigned.
The Account Implementation Manager will actively establish internal Caris partnerships and work closely with the Senior Director, Account Implementation - PMI and the appropriate business units.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with Customers and Account Coverage teams to provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction and provide support for mutual target accounts.
Regularly and routinely work to improve the business and financial health of accounts to ensure a seamless working relationship and establish efficient business workflows.
Successfully executes customer retention, revenue and growth for the organization.
Interacts with existing customers to “Add Value” resulting in increasing the customer experience with Caris.
Travel to client sites to engage in business solution activities as needed.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.
Ability to present and demonstrate various Caris business solutions to accounts and customers.
Understand customers’ business models, their overall goals and their business needs and how Caris can be a part of their solutions.
Establish and build strong client relationships that allow for growth, retention and revenue.
Regularly communicate with the Senior Director, Account Implementation and Account Coverage Team regarding implementation activities.
Negotiates and executes service agreements while working with Caris legal through the redline process and pull through of agreements and amendments.
Negotiate specimen reimbursement rates as directed by the Senior Director, Account Implementation with hospital and laboratory accounts, as needed.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with key personnel in assigned accounts; escalate issues when customer satisfaction is jeopardized.
Maintain integrity in all business interactions, complying with all laws and regulations impacting Caris’ business and behave in accordance with the organization’s compliance program and code of conduct.
Maintain all assigned company assets including laptop computer, iPhone, etc.
Utilize CRM and submit all necessary documentation, including weekly activity reports, and expenses as required, accurately and in a timely manner.
Meet all assigned targets and goals set by management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in account management, implementation, or business development within the life sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and delivering successful implementations.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support client success.
Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GxP) is often required.
Thorough understanding of Caris’ business policies and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet for business use. SalesForce experience preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.

Physical Demands
Will work at a computer when not travelling and meeting clients; must possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use standard office equipment.

This position requires periodic travel and some evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
