We are looking for a responsible, independent professional Controller, a team player who can work in a fast-growing company and is able to deliver in strict timelines. You will join our professional finance team (reporting to Director of Finance).
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of month-end closing procedures and preparation of quarterly reporting package.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Coordinate with subsidiaries finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls including SOX implementation
- Monthly/Quarterly analytical review
- Work closely with auditors and consultants globally
- Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes including responsibility for the consolidation process
- Work Closely with other functional teams to improve business and system processes.
- Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements, tax filings, Financial statements, internal controls, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, Experience with High-Tech companies.
- At least 5 years of experience in the high-tech department of one of the Big 4 accounting firms or 3 years of experience from a publicly traded company
- Experience in NetSuite and Salesforce -advantage
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
