In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to have a significant footprint in a hyper-growth company that plans to go through an IPO. In this position, you will define and lead the company’s global compensation as well as HR systems and analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth. This is a pivotal position that requires exceptional strategic vision, deep expertise, and the ability to partner closely with C-level executives and global leaders to influence outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead Cato Networks’ global compensation and benefits strategy to support the company's growth objectives and ensure Cato Networks remains competitive and an employer of choice
- Oversee HR systems and analytics, driving data integrity, insights, and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
- Partner with C-level executives on executive compensation, equity, and incentive design
- Lead and execute on delivering effective compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends and business strategies
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market research to ensure Cato's compensation packages remain competitive and attractive to employees
- Analyze data from market-based compensation surveys and provide recommendations to optimize the company's compensation plans and offers for employees
- Research and evaluate employee benefits in similar industries and geographies, and advise on potential changes or updates to the company's existing benefits policies
- Collaborate with executive management and key leaders to structure and optimize compensation plans and offers
- Partner with the finance team to design and implement equity and incentive programs, including stock options
- Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring that the process is fair, consistent, and aligned with the company's objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HRBP on compensation and benefits matters
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers and compensation consultants
- Lead and drive HR Analytics projects and initiatives to ensure data-driven decision-making, identify opportunities to drive improvements, and provide insights to business leaders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership in global compensation and benefits management/total rewards in a global tech companies
- Experience leading compensation strategy in high-growth, global technology companies, with direct involvement in IPO preparation
- Proven track record of using HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making, organizational effectiveness and improve HR processes
- Experience in leading, implementing, and optimizing HR systems to support scalable people operations.
- Deep expertise in executive compensation, equity design, and governance
- Strong track record of partnering with C-level, and executive leadership
- Excellent analytical skills with experience conducting market analysis and benchmarking
- Build an excellent team – through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
