About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Demand Marketer to drive Aim Security's enterprise ABM strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth of Aim, this marketer will orchestrate highly-targeted, personalized marketing campaigns that focus on our most lucrative accounts to build pipeline and accelerate deal velocity in complex enterprise sales cycles. From developing sophisticated account intelligence and buyer journey mapping to executing multi-channel ABM plays that drive pipeline acceleration, this role is critical in ensuring Aim Security's marketing efforts directly contribute to closing high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Aim Security's comprehensive ABM strategy, working closely with sales, marketing operations, and revenue operations teams to identify and prioritize target accounts across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises
- Manage and optimize the ABM stack – combining existing tools in use at Cato with the implementation of new tools including account intelligence platforms, intent data solutions, personalization tools, and marketing automation systems to orchestrate seamless account experiences
- Create sophisticated account segmentation models and tiering strategies that align marketing investment with revenue potential and sales priorities
- Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns that combine digital advertising, personalized content, direct mail, events, and sales enablement to engage entire buying committees
- Establish comprehensive ABM measurement frameworks, tracking account engagement, pipeline influence, deal velocity, and ROI to demonstrate marketing's direct impact on revenue
- Partner with sales on account planning sessions and contribute to quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment on account strategies and campaign optimization
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3+ years focused specifically on account-based marketing and enterprise sales support
- Proven track record of building and scaling ABM programs that directly contribute to pipeline acceleration and revenue growth in complex enterprise sales environments
- Hands-on experience with ABM technology platforms, marketing automation, CRM integration, and data analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in account scoring, intent data analysis, and multi-touch attribution modeling for complex B2B sales cycles
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with flawless execution capabilities and obsessive attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams including sales, product, and executive leadership
- Experience working in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or adjacent enterprise technology markets preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple complex campaigns and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
