The Salesforce Senior BA is a Salesforce expert with very strong hands-on capabilities. Experienced in leading discovery and requirements gathering meetings, documenting technical and functional requirements. Skilled in navigating, managing technical conversations with business users and have the ability to guide business stakeholders (RevOps, Product, Engineering) to scalable solutions that meet their KPIs and challenges. The candidate is able to independently identify, design and implement solutions that meet business strategies. The candidate leads projects and is responsible for presenting Salesforce capabilities and working collaboratively with other team members to configure the platform to meet Users’ needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with technical teams such as R&D and Product and interpret requirements into functional and technical solution designs, actionable tasks for yourselves or another team member.
  • Manage project scope and limit scope to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of declarative Salesforce solutions, managed packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation and other custom functionality.
  • Create project deliverables which may include requirements documentation, solution designs, process flow charts, project road maps, user stories, test scripts and training materials.
  • Communicate and report project status to both business units and internal leadership including budget, risks and general business issues.
  • Proactively search for ways to positively impact your business units’ success, such as new Salesforce features released, system and process improvements.
  • Work with external vendors to integrate enhanced system solutions.Review and present to the stakeholder's 3rd party solutions. Including managing discovery phase, PoC, Legal and security processes.
  • Stay up to date on new Salesforce feature releases.
Requirements:
  • Total of 8+ years in managing and leading information system solutions, of which at least 5 years in the Salesforce domain.
  • 5+ years of hands-on, declarative Salesforce design and implementation experience.
  • 1 or more Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Expert in communicating and delivering out of the box and custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Expert in Salesforce Flows.
  • Deep understanding of Sales processes in Saas Technology Company especially for companies using channels and partners to leverage their sales capabilities.
  • CPQ/Workato/working with APIs is an advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and be accountable for prioritizing your workload.
  • Excellent task management, organization, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to quickly pick up on business processes and understand business challenges from a business-unit’s perspective – Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, etc.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills (English).
  • Strong soft skills, “People Person”, including attention to detail, problem-solving, Team player, Available and responsive to questions.
