The GTM Systems team is responsible for the deployment, administration, maintenance and evolution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. We work with internal operations stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal to ship trusted and reliable systems solutions that enable GTM activities across the customer lifecycle. Our goal is to accelerate Chainalysis’ growth and empower our employees to do their best work.

Priorities in your first year include:

  • Logging, tracking and triaging end-user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner while escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborating with Salesforce Administrators and stakeholders to test and validate Salesforce functionality and to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Conducting testing and validation of Salesforce configurations, Flows, objects and records to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with best practices.
  • Maintaining SFDC environment configurations
  • Beginning to enhance and update Salesforce Flows and automations

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line support to Salesforce end-users
  • Supporting the testing and validation of desired Salesforce functionality
  • Partnering with Salesforce Administrators and colleagues across the Business Technology, Data and Analytics team

Qualifications:

  • You have experience working closely with GTM stakeholders to efficiently resolve Salesforce issues through meticulous attention to detail and a clear orientation towards delivering quality solutions.
  • You’ve worked as a Salesforce Admin for 1+ years and have experience as a QA analyst.
  • You have worked in a SaaS company and understand common Go-to-Market motions that include an emphasis on enterprise sales and related Sales, Marketing and Customer Success processes
  • You are comfortable working in a Lightning environment, with an understanding of how to leverage its benefits and overcome its challenges.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Sales Cloud architecture
  • You are self-motivated, take initiative to fix problems when you see them, and seek out opportunities to grow professionally.
  • You have exceptional communication skills including the ability to take an independent stance when interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders, while maintaining their respect and confidence.
  • Bonus if you are Salesforce Admin certified, or have CPQ experience
