Chainalysis

Chainalysis

Posted on Friday, February 23, 2024

Chainalysis Government Solutions (CGS) is a Chainalysis subsidiary serving U.S. defense, intelligence, law enforcement, and civilian agencies. The Public Sector ecosystem team is an important part of our go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with sales, product, and services teams to recruit and develop strategic alliances and partnerships that accelerate CGS’ sales and customer success objectives.

As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager, you’ll build and nurture a network of high-value Public Sector alliances and partnerships. You’ll develop and execute a territory plan, recruiting and enabling key GSIs and partners and integrating with the direct sales force. You’ll act as a compelling advocate of the CGS Partner ecosystem and of CGS, articulating the opportunity and impact of partnerships both internally and externally.

In this role, you’ll

  • Build and own the end-to-end plans with strategic GSIs and partners to drive growth, resulting in a measurable impact to CGS sales

  • Manage and enhance a partner strategy to meet identified key results in collaboration with the CGS sales and marketing teams, and as part of a larger ecosystem team

  • Build and expand strategic, productive and vocal partnerships, based on mutual value and trust that drive sales and customer success objectives

  • Develop an impactful partner pipeline by facilitating sales engagement and growing partner marketing activities

  • Establish yourself and our strategic partners as trusted extensions of the direct sales and services teams

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience building strategic partnerships at or with a high-growth SaaS company in public sector markets

  • A proven track record of identifying, recruiting and growing partnerships with systems integrators, advisory firms, technology providers and resellers

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way

  • A “no job is too small” mentality, and the adaptability to be both a player and a coach as the need arises

  • Insatiable curiosity and the willingness to learn (blockchain expertise not required from the get-go)

  • The willingness to travel as needed

This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
