Job Description

WFM Manager at Checkout.com:

The Workforce Management (WFM) Manager will lead all aspects of the planning and implementation of workforce management strategies and tools to ensure efficient staffing levels, productivity, and cost efficiency. The WFM Manager will use analytical skills and workforce management software to forecast staffing needs, schedule colleagues, and monitor real-time performance metrics.

What you will be doing:

  • Establish a WFM framework to support our operational teams (front office and back office)
  • Develop and maintain long-term and short-term staffing forecasts based on historical data and business trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align workforce strategies with business goals.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on workforce performance metrics, including productivity, attendance, and adherence.
  • Build and manage employee schedules to ensure coverage aligns with forecasted demand.
  • Adjust schedules proactively to handle unexpected changes in demand or staffing levels.

Qualifications

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, NICE IEX, Aspect).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce strategies.
  • Preferred experience in the FinTech sector (not essential)
