Job Description
The Associate, People Products Operations role will support our newly created People Products team by assisting in the coordination and administration of the team’s day-to-day operations, streamlining and coordinating processes, and ensuring efficient collaboration across the team. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to build their experience in a forward-thinking and innovative People Department, and is organized, proactive, and eager to learn how we use product management methodologies to build innovative and employee-centric people programs, activities and initiatives. This individual will also have the opportunity to support our People Product Managers across a wide variety of activities across the Employee Life cycle, including Learning & Development, DEIB, Performance and Talent Management to name a few.
Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
Assist in the coordination and execution of team activities, including managing the administration of our product backlog and intake process in the team’s JIRA plan.
Help maintain and update product roadmaps, timelines, and project plans, helping to identify risks and issues, and maintaining accurate records of project milestones, deliverables and key decisions.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key People Product Systems Support
Act as the subject matter expert for our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting employees and managers to troubleshoot issues.
Liaising with our People Technology team to ensure bugs get fixed, and longer term solutions are found.
Supporting general system and L&D coordination, including help set up curriculums, courses, live sessions and programmes etc.

Collaboration and Communication:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between People Product managers, our People Technology team, and other stakeholders across the People team and beyond.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
Help ensure all team members are informed of project status and updates.

Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the product team where needed, including booking and scheduling key meetings.
Assist in implementing new tools and processes to enhance team productivity, including JIRA and Artificial Intelligence tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a similar coordination role, preferably in a People or Product Management environment, but not critical.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail, and enjoys solving problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage relationships at all levels of seniority.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with project management tools/methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana etc) but we can also provide specific training).
Basic understanding of or interest in product development processes and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field of People / HR / Employee Experience.
