Job Description
As a Regional People Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving the People agenda across the region, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and a connector to our global People function. You’ll take ownership of regional People operations, employee experience, and compliance, while championing culture and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own employment compliance in the region, ensuring alignment with local laws and regulations.
- Oversee regional benefits implementation and drive operational efficiencies in HR processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
- Lead the execution of core HR processes including onboarding, performance, compensation, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and advise leaders on performance and conduct processes.
- Champion an inclusive and high-performing culture, using engagement insights to drive meaningful action.
- Collaborate on training and development initiatives to support capability growth across the business.
- Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives in partnership with TA and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to global People projects and ensure regional needs are embedded in broader initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, confident advising senior leaders, with exposure to the UAE & KSA;
- Strong working knowledge of local employment law and broader regional labor legislation.
- Proven track record managing ER cases and driving people compliance.
- Effective communicator with strong influencing skills and stakeholder management capability.
- Takes initiative, always looking for ways to improve
- Analytical and data-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
