About the role

Chime is looking for an intern to join our Channel & Agent Experience team within Chime’s Operations & Member Experience Function. You will gain valuable professional experience working with cross-functional partners in Product, Systems, Vendor Operations and our lines of business to define and deliver high quality support experiences for Chime Members. This is an exciting opportunity to learn while playing a role in a critical initiative at Chime.

This role is structured as a 3 month engagement. The starting hourly rate offered for this role and target level of experience will begin at $25 and up to $35. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Use data to identify areas of friction in the member experience, scope problem statements, and own execution of a key team project to drive improvement to member experience metrics.
  • Track core business metrics related to the launch and identify gaps for continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for our members and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to internal teams working to improve the member experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities to improve agent performance.
  • Champion the need for process, policy, and product improvements with the goal of driving the quality of our highest impact member issues.

To thrive in this role, you

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker and self starter with a passion for consumer FinTech
  • Are flexible and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
  • Have a low ego and are comfortable working directly well with a wide range of stakeholders
