About the Role

Chime is building a best-in-class in-house creative team, designed to move fast, think boldly, and deliver world-class creative. We’re looking for a Producer to join our Creative Operations & Production team, reporting directly to the Executive Producer.

In this role, you’ll be the dedicated production lead for Chime’s Growth line of business—partnering with Growth Marketing, Media, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns. You’ll own the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across paid media, with the opportunity to work on other projects and campaigns.

As a senior member of the production team, you’ll not only manage day-to-day production but also help shape the paid media.direct response playbook and processes that enable Chime to scale with speed, efficiency, and excellence. Knowledge and experience with creative ai tooling, and workflows a plus as Chime is building a modern, efficient creative model that scales.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680 and up to $170,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Ownership & Delivery

  • Lead production for the Growth line of business, overseeing campaigns from briefing to delivery.
  • Enable a high-volume, iterative testing environment, resulting in 100+ tests in market per month.
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Media, and Creative teams to translate performance goals into actionable production plans.
  • Oversee vendor sourcing, management, and negotiations for production partners.

Operational Excellence

  • Apply and evolve Chime’s production playbook to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency in Growth projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve speed-to-market without sacrificing quality.
  • Track and report on production KPIs, providing visibility into cost, efficiency, and outcomes.

Collaboration & Partnership

  • Serve as the primary production partner for the Growth/paid media business, ensuring alignment with business priorities and creative vision.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative peers (Design, Copy, Strategy) to enable world-class creative work that performs.
  • Coordinate and assist in production of shoots related to campaign and UCG needs.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative production, with a strong background in performance marketing, digital media, or growth-focused campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns across paid social, display, video, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of digital production workflows, media specs, and performance-driven creative testing.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with media, marketing, and analytics partners.
  • Excellent communicator and problem-solver who can balance creative ambition with operational rigor.
  • Agency and/or in-house production experience strongly preferred.
