Responsibilities
  • Develop and update credit acquisition policies.
  • Improve and maintain the acquisition process driving efficiency.
  • Monitor and oversee acquisition model performance and needs.
  • Assess and mitigate credit risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead the credit acquisition team.
  • Communicate policies to stakeholders.
  • Oversee acquisition policy implementation and monitoring.
  • Provide training and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Objective
To establish and maintain effective acquisition credit policies and procedures, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance, contributing to the financial stability and success of the organization.

Technical Skills
  • Expert in credit acquisition.
  • Advanced skills in risk assessment.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven analytics techniques to evaluate policy and process performance, as well as to perform simulations on the impacts of policy change.
