  • Strong understanding of commercial legal issues related to SaaS and software licensing (i.e., data privacy, security, intellectual property, open-source, revenue recognition, and tax), professional services and other go-to-market programs (such as partner/reseller programs).
  • Excellent judgement, strong business orientation and ability to translate legal risk into practical commercial advice within the context of business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills; ability to build trust and strong relationships with ClickHouse’s sales team, cross-functional stakeholders and ClickHouse’s customers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-growth environment.
