We are searching for a dynamic and motivated People Partner to join our Team. If you are enthusiastic about people, team and organizational development and how to use technology to empower individuals and organizations, this role is for you. As a People Partner, you will be responsible for creating and implementing practices to support high-performing teams and individuals.

What you´ll be doing:

  • Alignment with Tech and Product Roadmaps - Collaborate with teams and leaders to integrate People strategies with product and technology roadmaps.
  • Data-Driven Team Development and Planning - Use analytics to anticipate hiring needs and conduct activities to build strong teams.
  • Tech Talent Acquisition - Implement strategies for sourcing, attracting, and retaining top-tier tech talent, including competitive intelligence on industry trends.
  • Proactive Conflict Resolution - Use data and sentiment analysis to detect and address early signs of team conflicts proactively.
  • Employee Engagement - Use surveys and engagement platforms to measure and enhance employee satisfaction within the teams.
  • Growth & Development - Develop personalized growth plans based on skills, performance data, and career aspirations.
  • Continuous Learning - Promote a culture of continuous learning through access to online courses, certifications, and skill development platforms.
  • Change Management - Use agile methodologies and effective communication to manage organizational changes, ensuring quick adaptation and minimal disruption.
  • Advanced HR Analytics - Utilize analytics and business intelligence tools to track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction scores.

What you´ll need to succeed:

  • Solid experience in developing individuals, teams, and the organization.
  • Keen desire to create outstanding employee experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (speaking, reading, and listening).
  • Exceptional communication skills for various interactions.
  • Ability to work with complex issues, experiment, and iterate quickly based on business and people needs.
  • Strong sense of ownership, treating each situation with responsibility and dedication.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to improve organizational performance and engagement.
  • Fundamental understanding of software engineering to effectively interact with and utilize technology daily.
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and create amazing employee experiences for team CloudWalk.
