We’re not looking for someone to “analyze” People data.
We’re looking for someone to reprogram how humans and intelligent systems grow together.
Welcome to the People Intelligence Lab — CloudWalk’s experimental playground where People, AI, and Data collide to create what doesn’t exist (yet).
You’ll build tools, agents, and experiences that augment human potential. You’ll break things that no longer make sense. You’ll make the invisible visible — and occasionally, turn clarity into creative chaos.
This is not an HR job. This is for human+AI hacker potential.
What you’ll actually do:
- Design and prototype AI copilots, LLM-powered flows, and smart systems that boost how we learn, hire, evolve, and collaborate.
- Dive into People data (culture, performance, engagement, feedback) and make it speak through dashboards, bots, agents, and stories.
- Build experimental tools that rethink how we run rituals, feedback, performance cycles, and people ops.
- Prototype fast. Test in the wild. Iterate in public.
- Bring context, emotion, and meaning to AI tools. We’re not here to replace humans — we’re here to amplify them.
- Hack. Document. Share. Break. Rebuild. Repeat.
What we’re looking for:
- You speak Python as a second language (or want to), and you’re not afraid to ask ChatGPT to help.
- You’ve played with APIs, LLMs, LangChain, or other AI playgrounds — or you’re dying to learn.
- You understand People & Culture enough to break its logic from the inside.
- You can think in systems, but love messy humans.
- You’re a builder, not just a thinker — and your GitHub, Notion, or Miro boards prove it.
- You’ve got opinions. And curiosity. And you’re allergic to bureaucracy.
- You’re fascinated by AI — not to automate people out, but to elevate what makes us human.
Bonus XP if you:
- Have built bots, microtools, copilots, or dashboards that solve real problems (even for yourself).
- Have worked at the edge of people, product, and systems — even better if things were on fire.
- Are obsessed with learning — especially about learning itself.
What you WON`T find here:
- Endless alignment meetings.
- People waiting to be told what to do.
- Rigid hierarchies.
- Process for process’ sake.
- Vanilla HR.
What you will find:
- Freedom to build and ship things fast
- People who ask “why not?” more than “why?”
- High trust, high expectation, high curiosity
- Space to explore what happens when humans + machines design work together.
