Cohesity, a recognized leader in data security and management, is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead the charge in Canada. As part of the Americas Field Marketing team, you’ll design and execute region-specific marketing strategies that drive demand, awareness, and pipeline growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales teams to craft tailored, multi-channel campaigns targeting strategic accounts across Canada. You’ll engage key decision-makers through events, digital marketing, content, direct mail, and more to accelerate deals and expand Cohesity’s reach. As a key part of our collaborative, high-performing team, you’ll drive initiatives that align with our regional goals while helping our customers unlock the limitless value of their data.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing plans that accelerate deals, build pipeline and meet revenue goals
- Work cross functionally with sales, channel and marketing teams to tailor campaigns to the Canadian market and engage target accounts and personas
- Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, from concept to delivery, inclusive of industry and hosted events, workshops, meeting maker programs, direct mail and white glove campaigns
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop personalized ABM strategies for high-priority accounts
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate your marketing plan against key metrics and sales objectives to articulate ROI, leveraging analysis and reporting tools such as SFDC, Marketo and Tableau
- Design and manage innovative programs that expand into new buying units and generate significant pipeline impact
- Participate in regular pipeline reviews to align marketing efforts with sales forecasts and business objectives
- Own the lead management process to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up in a timely manner
- Engage key stakeholders by fostering awareness, excitement, and adoption of marketing programs
- Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs – Travel 20-40%
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise marketing experience within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- In-depth understanding of Security and IT buyers, with the ability to craft compelling strategies and content tailored to specific buyer personas
- A high level of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage your region and effectively communicate your team's results to the organization
- Proven ability to understand sales priorities and gain buy-in from sales and channel stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management to develop and execute a marketing plan from scratch
- Self-motivated, innovative, multi-tasker with strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrates grit and resilience in adapting to change, pivoting strategies when needed, and thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, desire to collaborate and share best practices
- Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Microsoft Office, Tableau experience is preferred
