Cohesity is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Events Manager with 10+ years of experience to elevate our global trade show and events presence from great to game changing. This role is for a strategic thinker and flawless executor who knows how to turn booths into brand moments, traffic into pipeline, and events into customer advocacy engines. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, own end-to-end execution, and shape the future of our presence at industry-defining conferences. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Develop and execute the event strategy and plan for trade shows, conferences and C+ Level customer and partner events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Marketing, Brand, PR, Customer Marketing, Sales, Growth Marketing) to ensure events deliver measurable results.
  • Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor/agency management, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Build and manage processes for analyzing and quantifying the impact of attendee activations/engagements/brand awareness at events. Provide actionable insights to improve future events.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and partner teams to drive pre- and post-event engagement, ensuring strong alignment to target accounts and lead follow-up strategies.
  • Be a strategic thinker who brings creative vision and operational excellence.
  • Modify our playbook with improved event management processes, operational efficiencies and systems
  • Identify and implement creative, engaging activations in our event programs
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • 10 years’ experience managing a Tier 1 events program in the B2B SaaS space
  • Exceptionally creative and proficient in experiential driven events
  • A "builder" mentality - excels at establishing processes, scaling programs, and bringing ideas to life
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a high-growth organization
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication and influencing skills, with experience working across all levels
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Adobe Express, Jira
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% to events

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Experience managing a global events program
  • Combined prior agency and corporate background
  • Knowledge of Marketing AI use cases
  • Strong experiential event design

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$148,800.00-$186,000.00
