In this role, you will function as an Enterprise-wide HR systems analyst and provide ongoing maintenance of our HR technology landscape. You will support Workday process analysis, design, optimization, and configuration. This role will problem-solve and create solutions in collaboration with business teams, people operations, and IT. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, testing, bug-fixes, and supporting deployment processes. You will contribute to task development, prioritization, and planning for HR tasks that support our overall HR strategy.
How you’ll spend your time here
Collaborate and be responsible for multiple assignments within Workday modules such as, Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Talent Management, Peakon, and Reporting.
Work with People Technology and Analytics senior team members to improve time-to-delivery outcomes.
Partner multi-functionally to research, fix, and raise issues when appropriate, ensuring that users are updated on the status and addressing issues timely.
Recommend and implement short and long-term HRIS operations initiatives.
Participate in completion of Tier 3 support issues involving complex troubleshooting to meet SLAs.
Support the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday module(s) upgrades and patches.
Identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to leaders with justification, impacts and data for the approach.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
Experience in several Workday modules: Core HCM (must have), along with Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking.
Knowledgeable in business process configuration, custom reporting, security.
3+ years’ demonstrable experience supporting and implementing complex HR and/or payroll systems and new system implementations (e.g. Workday, Oracle, ADP, Kronos, Success Factors).
Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical collaborators
Good interpersonal skills to handle various tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills / Experiences:
Workday Implementation experience
Project Management
Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Experience working with third-party administrators, carriers, and vendors
