We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Active Directory, enterprise storage systems, and Unix platforms. You will be responsible for managing and supporting system infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining high availability of services.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory environments, including Group Policies, forest, trust relationships, and other AD-related services.
Manage and support enterprise storage solutions such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS across platforms like NetApp, Pure Storage, and PowerStore.
Configure and troubleshoot zoning in SAN environments.
Provide support and maintenance on Unix systems, specifically Solaris and AIX platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and regularly patched.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or enhancements.
Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Experience in datacenter operations and management
Familiarity with NetBackup for backup and recovery
Exposure to OpenShift and KVM virtualization technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
