Create and schedule engaging content for employees to share across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and more.
Write compelling copy that drives engagement while aligning with Cohesity’s brand voice.
Support campaign development with employee-generated content (UGC) and company-wide initiatives.
Experiment with new content formats—including video, carousels, and animations—to maximize impact.
Monitor social conversations and trends to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities.
Analytics & Optimization
Track and report on social media performance, using data to refine content strategies.
Test new approaches, including different posting times, formats, and messaging, to increase reach and engagement.
Provide recommendations based on social media trends and employee advocacy insights.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or employee advocacy.
Passion for social media and understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging channels.
Excellent writing skills—you can craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy.

Analytical mindset—you know how to read social data and make informed decisions.
Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to improving content and engagement strategies.
