We are looking for a motivated New Graduate to join our Deal Management Team (DMT), a key business partner for our worldwide Field Operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn how DMT enables and supports new and existing selling models that help accelerate revenue and improve deal efficiency. As part of the team, you will assist in providing deal-structuring support to help create a seamless customer experience. In addition to supporting deal management activities, you will also work closely with our Operations team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of areas within DMT. This entry-level role will report to the Senior Manager, DMT (based in Costa Rica). You will collaborate with various levels of the sales organization and operational teams, developing a strong foundation in commercial strategy, operations, and cross-functional teamwork.
HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Support the commercial review of quotes with guidance from experienced team members, focusing on key aspects such as price, discount, margin, bill of materials, and commercial terms.
- Learn how to collaborate with key stakeholders on non-standard deals, gaining exposure to negotiation processes and deal structuring.
- Contribute to initiatives that help the company achieve its discounting and pricing targets, while developing a strong understanding of pricing strategies.
- Participate in sales forecast calls to gain insight into business planning, sales pipeline management, and forecasting processes.
- Assist in providing timely and accurate updates to leadership on deal progress, learning how to effectively communicate key deal information.
- Help manage customer and sales inquiries by learning how to triage and follow through to resolution, building problem-solving and communication skills.
- Support efforts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within deal and operational workflows.
- Participate in project work, including testing new features and enhancements in quoting tools and related systems, gaining hands-on experience with tools and process improvement initiatives.

- You are a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate (1 year) from a relevant field such as Administration, Finance, or Technology.
- You are passionate about customers; their success is your success.
- Ability to build strong business partnerships across multiple functions
- You have great verbal and written communication skills; you are clear in your delivery and thorough with your details
- Your collaboration and organizational skills make it easy for you to prioritize and multitask without missing deadlines
- You have a natural curiosity for technology; you seek to understand how things work or why they don’t
- You have strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to summarize and present sophisticated deals to executive staff and leadership
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
