How you'll spend your time here:
Surpass short, mid, and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas.
Establish and maintain strong connections with our top enterprise customers in ANZ will be a priority, as well as encouraging positive relationships with our key ICT partners.
Establish a skilled and motivated team of Account Executives, SE's, Channel Managers, and other functional leadership roles for ANZ, recognized for their proactive approach and dedication to excellence.
Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with the APJ functional leadership team to drive stellar growth for ANZ Business
Recruit and cultivate an active and robust partner ecosystem to drive growth
Strengthen our OEM relationships with industry leaders such as HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, and IBM
Work closely with corporate leaders to ensure ANZ requirements are met in a timely manner, enabling us to achieve big wins and adhere to global standard processes
We'd love to talk if you have many of the following:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling quotas and teams for leading ICT companies or successful startups in the ANZ region
Strong belief in building a winning culture across the board, serving as the foundation for success
Proven experience positioning high-end enterprise IT solutions (experience with storage/backup and security is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to lead a horizontal, extended resource team to support direct sales efforts
Track record of negotiating sophisticated deals with 6 and 7 figure values, including understanding intricate terms, conditions, and price pressures
Proven success in collaborating with OEMs to develop strategic and collaborative sales campaigns
History of coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts with multi-functional teams such as Systems Engineers, Inside Reps, Field Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel Management to exceed target quotas
Strong focus on operational cadence, optimizing and efficiently managing the business
Familiarity with Sales Force and Clari is an advantage
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with limited direction, delivering strong growth
Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for themselves and their extended team
BA/BS Degree required. MBA is an added advantage.
Ability to travel extensively to meet customers, partners, and teams
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
