The growth marketing team at Cohesity drives global demand for our AI-powered data security solutions. We’re a hands-on, fast-moving, growth-oriented, results-driven team of strategists and executors who bring global campaigns to life across channels, regions, and formats.

We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Specialist to drive the overall strategy, development, execution, and optimization of global integrated marketing demand generation campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other campaign managers, product marketers, web producers, designers and copywriters, and field and program marketing managers to drive net-new pipeline within large enterprise organizations.

We're seeking a data and results-focused, multi-faceted, and creative marketing professional with experience with IT and Security persona B2B technology marketing. The ideal candidate possesses diverse knowledge and experience across the marketing mix, content management, communications, virtual team leadership, and project management skills, with a strong ability to learn and apply product and solutions-level messaging.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Develop quarterly campaign plans, define creative and content strategy, and outline the tactics, budget, and resources required to achieve quarterly demand funnel targets

  • Collaborate with product marketing, creative services, web, and marketing operations to translate messaging into campaign assets such as landing pages, display banners, email templates, etc.

  • Partner with social media, paid media, and demand generation programs teams to strategize, build, and implement tactics aligned with quarterly plans

  • Collaborate with the field teams in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe to assist with local campaign execution including coordination of localization and publishing campaign materials in the campaign resource library

  • Regularly update key stakeholders, including sales and marketing leadership, on campaign plans, campaign materials and results, obtaining and applying feedback and input as needed.

  • Continually track and report on campaign and program metrics, conduct return on investment analysis to determine the effectiveness of all marketing programs, and optimize campaign efforts accordingly

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 5+ years of experience building, orchestrating, and implementing global integrated marketing campaigns targeting IT and/or Security personas for B2B technology companies

  • Strong understanding of how to influence the buyer journey with messaging, content, and tactics

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to optimally convey marketing messages, ensuring cohesive brand representation and in alignment with personas journey stages.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities

  • Demonstrate experience and proficiency in leading virtual teams, encouraging teamwork, and getting results without direct authority, using effective communication, virtual tools, and interpersonal skills to encourage and motivate team members towards shared marketing goals and objectives

  • Apply strong project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines, and adapting quickly to changing priorities while ensuring successful project completion and delivery

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize campaign performance data and make actionable recommendations

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Marketo, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Smartsheet, Tableau, and 6sense

  • Comfort with campaign documentation and enablement, including developing internal guides or toolkits to support field execution and reuse

  • Creative instincts to ideate differentiated offers or hooks, helping campaigns stand out in crowded markets

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, pension - RRSP, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$76,000.00-$95,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
