We are seeking a driven and analytical Finance Analytics Intern to join our analytics team at Cohesity. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and business intelligence within a rapidly growing technology company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, a passion for finance, and a desire to contribute to impactful projects that drive business success.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data, including revenue forecasts, expense trends, and profitability metrics, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models, dashboards, and reports to facilitate decision-making processes and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather data, validate assumptions, and support critical initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, executive summaries, and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership and external partners.

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Strong academic record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous coursework or internship experience in finance, analytics, or technology-related fields is a plus.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$72,800.00-$91,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
