This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and doer who thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience navigating complex B2B buying cycles, and can balance long-term brand equity with short-term performance.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the global growth marketing strategy, aligning with corporate goals, revenue targets, and IPO milestones.
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align on market segmentation, GTM strategy, and revenue attribution models.
Own and continuously optimize the full customer funnel (awareness → acquisition → activation → retention → expansion).
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, product-led growth (PLG), ABM, and outbound channels to drive qualified pipeline.
Build and scale the growth marketing function globally—owning org design, talent hiring, budgeting, and agency/vendor management.
Execution & Optimization
Run and scale performance marketing programs across paid search, display, social, retargeting, and affiliate channels with a strong focus on CAC/LTV efficiency and ROI.
Design and execute high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers (CISO, CIO, CDO, Risk/Compliance).
Lead website strategy, CRO, and web personalization, ensuring every touchpoint contributes to demand and lead quality.
Own SEO, content syndication, and organic growth strategies to improve domain authority and inbound lead velocity.
Implement lifecycle marketing automation flows (email, nurture, re-engagement) across segments and personas.
Analytics & Experimentation
Establish clear KPIs and dashboards for pipeline, funnel velocity, CAC, CLTV, MQL/SQL, channel attribution, and campaign performance.
Build and scale a culture of rapid experimentation—test landing pages, CTAs, pricing pages, onboarding flows, and more.
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Segment, Amplitude, etc.
Provide ongoing performance reporting to C-suite and prepare board-level marketing insights relevant for IPO-readiness.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
8–12+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, preferably in global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience driving and scaling growth in a pre-IPO or IPO-stage environment.
Deep understanding of enterprise buying journeys, with demonstrated success executing complex, multi-touch GTM strategies.
Strong command of both quantitative performance marketing and qualitative brand messaging.
Expertise in data-driven decision making, funnel analytics, and conversion optimization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Finance at a global level.
Exceptional communication skills—capable of influencing both internal and external executive stakeholders.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) is a plus.
WE’D BE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Experience working in high-growth, cybersecurity companies.
Familiarity with IPO processes and what it means to market a company during this phase.
