The GSI/MSP Sales Operations role is a pivotal position responsible for supporting and optimizing the sales processes for Global System Integrator (GSI) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) channels. This role enables the sales team to operate efficiently, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This candidate will be responsible for operational processes (planning, metrics, governance), aligning cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, enablement, product) and supporting partner revenue, pipeline and growth. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of sales operations and strategy best practices within the technology and services sector.​

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine sales processes tailored to GSI and MSP partners, ensuring efficiency and scalability across the sales cycle.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting, deal progression, and timely reporting to senior management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and partner management teams to align strategies, resolve operational issues, and support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner Enablement: Support GSI/MSP partners with onboarding, training, and ongoing operational assistance to drive joint sales success.
  • CRM & Tools Management: Administer and optimize CRM systems and sales tools to ensure data integrity, user adoption, and process automation.
  • Quota & Incentive Administration: Assist in the design and management of sales incentive programs, quota allocation, and performance tracking for GSI/MSP teams.
  • Contract & Deal Structuring Support: Facilitate deal structuring and contract management to expedite complex GSI/MSP transactions.
  • Partner Program: Provide input to GSI/MSP reward and incentive programs and ensure optimal operational processes are defined to support
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.


WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Channel sales operations, business operations, or a similar role within the IT, technology, or managed services sector.
  • Strong understanding of GSI and MSP business models, partner ecosystems, and sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process excellence.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting sales teams and global partners.
  • Knowledge of channel sales, indirect sales models, and partner incentive programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of legal and compliance fundamentals in partner sales agreements
  • Knowledge of partner enablement, certifications, Partner Programs

    Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

    Pay Range :

    $115,600.00-$144,500.00

    The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
