The Workplace Transport coordinator will lead end-to-end employee transport operations for India, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective commute services across Bangalore and Pune. This role will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, vendor governance, transport technology systems, employee experience, and compliance with state road transport laws.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations Management

  • Manage daily transport operations across Bangalore and Pune covering pickups, drops, routing, and shift-based transport.
  • Ensure smooth operations for regular shifts, 24x7 business units, weekend coverage, and ad-hoc movements as applicable.
  • Oversee trip scheduling, adherence to SLAs, and route optimization.
  • Vendor Management & Governance
  • Lead vendor performance reviews, audits, contract compliance, and SLA/OLA (Operational Level Agreement) governance.
  • Track KPIs including punctuality, compliance, billing accuracy, and fleet readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with transport laws, company security, and POSH guidelines.
  • Implement GPS tracking, panic buttons, and driver verification.
  • Manage transport software/tools and ensure data accuracy and automation.
  • Manage budgets, validate billing, optimize costs, and support EV transition.
  • Drive communication, feedback management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain logs, compliance documents, and MIS reports.
  • Mentor transport teams and ensure 24/7 staffing.

Qualifications & Skills and Key Competencies

  • 5–7 years of experience in Transport Management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, workplace management tools (CAFM/IWMS), and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with problem-solving mindset.
