This team member will:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for performance and promotion processes for all CFS employees, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments to enhance outcomes
- Lead the implementation of comprehensive talent development programs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development and performance management to continuously innovate and improve existing programs
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively about both short and long term solutions
Additional experience and/or qualifications:
- Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
- Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
- Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
