What You’ll Do:
Shape the future of AI adoption in one of Europe’s most advanced tech regions. You’ll partner with enterprise AI teams solving real-world challenges in LLMs, computer vision, and robotics, influencing both customer outcomes and our product roadmap. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where technical wins are celebrated as much as commercial ones.
Drive technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise customers in the DACH region. Partner with Sales to deliver technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-values, ensuring customers understand and realise the business value of our platform.
About the role:
- Lead technical discovery, demos, PoVs/PoCs from planning to technical win.
- Translate customer challenges into technical solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Deliver presentations for both technical teams and executives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to tailor solutions.
- Capture and relay customer feedback to influence product direction.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in AI/ML-focused pre-sales or 4+ years in technical sales engineering with AI/LLM exposure.
- Python proficiency; experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps workflows.
- Proven ability to run enterprise PoVs and demos.
- Strong storytelling and value articulation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration.

The base salary range for this role is ~£100,000.The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
