About The Role: We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to join our growing People team in London. As our team and footprint across Europe scale this role will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and owning the operational backbone of our People function across the region.This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building systems, solving cross-functional challenges, and driving operational excellence at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale HR Operations for our European employee base, ensuring seamless employee experiences across onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and more.
- Serve as the regional HR point of contact for employees, managers, and cross-functional partners (Legal, Finance, IT, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with our EMEA People Operations Specialist and the rest of the global HR Ops team to ensure process consistency, while localizing where necessary for country-specific needs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and EOR partners across multiple countries; assess, improve, or change vendors as needed.
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and other regional requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate manual processes, driving operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and employee resources to ensure a self-service, scalable HR model.
- Provide support for audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives in collaboration with People Analytics and Finance.
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, preferably at a high-growth global tech company.
- Deep understanding of European HR compliance and employment practices; UK experience required, additional countries a plus.
- Hands-on experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or international expansion.
- Comfort working across time zones and partnering with global teams.
- Proven ability to operate independently with excellent judgment in ambiguous, complex environments.
- Tech-savvy digital native with experience in fast-paced, modern/tech-driven companies where automation and AI are embraced and leveraged.
- Experience working with HRIS and tools such as Workday, Remote, Greenhouse, Lattice, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management and process optimization skills.
- Exceptional communication skills

The base salary range for this role is £68,000 to £90,000 The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
