  • Drive metro planning efforts focused on power availability, speed-to-market, cost efficiency, and regional risk.
  • Coordinate with real estate, engineering, and operations teams to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Oversee the lease process from demand signal to site availability within EMEA.
  • Ensure key performance metrics—safety, quality, cost, schedule, and power readiness—are achieved.
  • Manage landlord engagement, delivery milestones, and compliance with EMEA-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop capacity strategies tailored to the EMEA region.
  • Ensure alignment between forecasted demand and regional infrastructure supply.
  • Support scenario planning, density modeling, and scaling strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure deployment projects across EMEA, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, schedules, and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Work with planners, technical teams, IT, operations, and finance to align project execution with business objectives.
  • Support leadership reviews and provide clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Track regional performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze KPIs related to power readiness, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support lease negotiations and evaluate commercial terms for EMEA sites.
  • Collaborate with Finance to conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Provide input on vendor performance and commercial risk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, utilities, vendors, and internal teams across EMEA.
  • Navigate regional regulatory and permitting requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct deep research into EMEA markets, including power, permitting, construction, labor, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide insights to guide market prioritization and regional expansion strategy.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for leases, capacity plans, milestones, and financials.
  • Support executive reporting and ensure data quality across systems and dashboards.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data center operations, capacity planning, program or project management, or data center delivery.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale data center builds or expansions, ideally in EMEA markets.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in data center environments.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented leader with a strong drive for execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
