What You’ll Do:

CoreWeave is seeking a talented commercial real estate counsel to join our international team in London to manage the company's expanding real estate and data center portfolio throughout EMEA, with a primary focus on data center leasing, acquisitions, and development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a leading-edge technology company and contribute directly to our growth. The successful candidate will support a wide range of real estate, joint-venture, and leasing transactions related to our data centers. As the third member of our growing UK legal team, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting our European expansion. You will report to a US-based Senior Director & Lead Managing Counsel of Real Estate and work closely with colleagues across the US and EMEA.

Our team values collaboration and invites divergent thinking. We take a practical and efficient approach to everything we do and aim to build strong and trusting relationships with our team, leadership, and cross-functional partners.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing data center lease agreements;
  • Provide guidance and counsel on the acquisition, development and financing of data center properties;
  • Offer ongoing support for data center operations, including handling contractual matters, infrastructure, and power agreements;
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to run real estate due diligence and closings.
  • Provide on-going legal guidance to the company on a wide range of commercial transactions in the ordinary course of operations.

Who You Are:

  • A qualified solicitor in England with 5+ years’ PQE, gained through training at a top-tier law firm, and with in-house experience at a high-growth technology or real estate company.
  • You have a strong foundation in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents, as well as managing closing processes.
  • A highly organized, collaborative legal professional with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • You possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrable experience with real estate and/or datacenter law in EU member states and supporting mobility-related work across EMEA and/or APAC is a strong plus.
  • Dual-qualification from a European jurisdiction (such as Spain, Norway, or Sweden) is desirable, but not essential.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, no matter the task.
  • You’re curious about building the essential cloud for AI and helping the company grow internationally.
  • You’re an expert in providing legal support in a fast-paced, high-growth, scaling technology business.
