Who You Are:

You’re an organized, tech-savvy problem solver who loves structure and efficiency. You take pride in keeping systems clean, data accurate, and processes running smoothly. Collaborative and detail-oriented, you bridge Sales and Marketing to ensure the right tools and information are always at hand.

Who We Are:

At cove, we’re redefining the architectural landscape by merging design excellence with data science and sustainability. We’re not a traditional firm, we’re architects who code, designers who analyze, and technologists who challenge the status quo. Our projects push boundaries, reduce environmental impact, and deliver meaningful results for forward-thinking clients across the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Operations & Automation:

  • Build, test, and maintain HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automations for lead routing, sales follow-up, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Manage and improve data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track funnel health, campaign performance, and team activity.
  • Partner with marketing on lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution tracking to ensure consistency.

Data & Sales Systems Management:

  • Own data integrity across HubSpot and integrated sales tools (e.g., Lusha, TitanX, event lead lists).
  • Conduct regular data audits to keep the CRM organized, accurate, and ready for reporting.
  • Import, clean, and tag lead lists from campaigns and events.
  • Identify recurring data or process issues and recommend improvements.

Content & Workflow Enablement:

  • Maintain a well-organized library of sales and marketing materials (playbooks, one-pagers, decks, case studies).
  • Ensure the latest versions are easy to access and tied to the right workflows or sequences.
  • Coordinate updates with marketing when new campaigns, case studies, or product offerings launch.

Onboarding & Training Support:

  • Keep sales onboarding resources (recordings, decks, checklists, and process docs) organized and up to date.
  • Help maintain a clear structure for onboarding new sales team members.
  • Track completion of onboarding or enablement activities as needed.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure new hires have access to current workflows, templates, and sales materials.

GTM Reporting & Analysis:

  • Support weekly and quarterly sales and marketing reviews with exports, visuals, and insights from HubSpot.
  • Monitor funnel metrics, campaign results, and conversion patterns to spot trends.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from leadership.

Collaboration & Process Support:

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to keep tools, data, and processes aligned and up to date.
  • Help document internal processes, system changes, and how-to guides for repeatable success.
  • Support rollout and adoption of new GTM tools or system updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing operations, RevOps, or a related field.
  • Hands on experience in HubSpot CRM (building workflows, managing data, and reporting).
  • Strong attention to detail and a love for clean, organized systems.
  • Basic understanding of CRM data structures, reporting, and automation logic.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and reports to analyze data.
  • Familiarity with sales tech tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, TitanX, RevenueHero, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • HubSpot data is accurate, structured, and always up to date.
