why this role matters
you’ll play a pivotal role in leading CRED's partner ecosystem across products, becoming the face of CRED to some of india’s top consumer brands. you will lead high-stakes partnerships, drive product adoption, and enable new growth through strategic merchant alliances. as a core part of the merchant-led growth (mlg) strategy, you’ll shape how millions engage with CRED.

what you will own?

  • drive end-to-end execution of the CRED pay charter across multiple business lines.
  • lead high-value partnerships: structure, negotiate, and execute strategic deals with brands across travel, fashion, ecommerce, ott, entertainment, airlines, government & more.
  • unlock growth for CRED through partner ecosystems.
  • increase CRED product adoption at the merchant level.
  • own and grow relationships with cxos and senior stakeholders across industries.
  • lead complex product/tech integrations with partner teams to unlock seamless experiences.
  • identify and share partner-led insights to influence internal product roadmaps.
  • champion exclusive brand partnerships to deliver differentiated value to CRED members.
  • stay ahead of the curve on partner ecosystem innovation to unlock new monetization paths.

what we are looking for?

  • 4–7 years in partnerships, enterprise sales, or category/account management in consumer internet businesses.
  • proven track record managing complex, high-impact accounts with strong outcomes.
  • deep understanding of partner/merchant ecosystems across verticals.
  • strong stakeholder management skills – from cxos to internal cross-functional teams.
  • high bias for action with ability to independently drive outcomes in ambiguous setups.
  • familiarity with digital payments, upi, or loyalty ecosystems.
  • prior exposure to product-tech integrations or consumer fintech.
  • experience in high-growth startups or new business generation.
