THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Bookkeeper at Cyera, you will play a critical role in managing the company's funds and ensuring accurate financial data. As part of your daily routine, you will monitor the company's expenses and closely monitor financial data to support decision-making.
This full-time position requires prior bookkeeping experience, a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and procedures, and a passion for accounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) by processing vendor invoices, managing the approval workflow, and ensuring timely payments to both local and international vendors.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Participate in month-end close processes, such as preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records and reports for Israeli authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (monthly VAT reports and yearly reports 126, 856).
- Oversee fixed asset management, including audits and depreciation.
- Manage monthly employee expense reimbursements.
- Work with external partners to ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to streamline financial operations.
Requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2, Type 3 is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, ideally within a Hi-Tech or multi-national company.
- Strong English skills (both spoken and written).
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines; able to multi-task
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particular emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite (a must)
