THE OPPORTUNITY
We are searching for a Compensation Analyst to play a key role in scaling our financial operations. You will partner closely with the Controller in partnership to help build best practice payroll and sales compensation processes for Cyera’s global footprint. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Global Payroll Processing: Process monthly and semi-monthly payroll cycles for multiple entities across several systems, ensuring accuracy & proper documentation. Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations, and be the main point of contact for employee payroll related questions. This role will cover all our payroll besides our Israel team’s payroll.
- Sales Compensation: Partner with revenue operations to administer multiple sales compensation plans, including delivering the plans and calculating the commissions
- Treasury Management: Monitor bank accounts to ensure proper funding for each entities’ payroll
- System Management: Mange employee compensation information in various systems
- Process Automation: Proactively identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements in the overall compensation workflow, using tools like HiBob, NetSuite and other integrations.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of payroll experience, handling payroll for 400+ employees
- 4+ years of sales compensation experience, handling multiple compensation plans for 200+ employees
- Proficient in Excel and G Suite
- Experience with sales compensation software, specifically CaptivateIQ
- Experience working with global software companies in multiple currencies
- Interest in a role with wide scope in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid NYC office and remote
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 plus annual bonus
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
