The opportunity
dcbel is looking for an entry-level Inventory Technician to work full-time (40hrs/week), on a temporary employment contract for 6 months with the possibility to renew.

Main responsibilities
- Help with unloading deliveries, checking for damage or discrepancies, and recording incoming stock.
- Support organizing and storing inventory in designated locations, ensuring accurate labeling and cataloging.
- Perform regular physical counts of inventory, updating records, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Help picking and packing orders for shipment.
- Help Inspecting inventory for quality and discarding items that do not meet company standards.
- Support maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions and updates, often using inventory management software.
- Assist in delivering inventory to local suppliers.
Key Requirements:
- 1 year experience working in a warehouse/inventory or related activities
- Prior experience in computer data entry (prior work with ERP systems is a very good asset)
- Physically fit to move equipment/deliveries (able to lift 50lbs)
Bonus skills
- Bilingual English and French
- Driver license and car is a bonus.
