What you'll do at Deel:

Website Campaign Prioritization, Execution & Coordination:

- Be responsible for the technical delivery of website campaigns, including site redesigns, new feature implementations, landing pages, and content updates.

- Define campaign scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Manage resource allocation, ensuring all tasks are clearly assigned and tracked.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (marketing, product, growth, content, and sales) to ensure website campaigns align with business objectives.

- Manage communications with stakeholders, keeping them updated on campaign progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to timelines.

- Gather and incorporate feedback from different teams to ensure the website meets their needs and goals.

Risk Management & Troubleshooting:

- Proactively identify potential campaign risks and create mitigation plans to minimize impact on timelines and quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.

- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, managing changes and adapting campaign plans as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest web technologies, campaign management methodologies, and digital trends to ensure Deel’s website remains at the forefront of innovation.

- Propose and implement process improvements to streamline website campaign workflows, reducing bottlenecks and increasing efficiency.

- Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor and evaluate website performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in website campaign management, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or digital agency environment.

- Campaign Management Skills: Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder web campaigns from start to finish, with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with website development processes, including content management systems (CMS such as Strapi), HTML/CSS, UX/UI design principles, and web performance optimization.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate campaign details and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.

- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

- Agency as well as SaaS background would be beneficial due to liaising with multiple cross functional stakeholders.

We’d especially love to speak with you if:

- Experience working with agile project management methodologies.

- Experience working with a project management system, such as Jira.

- Experience working with a content management system, such as Strapi or Hubspot.

- Familiarity with website performance tools (Amplitude, Looker Studio, etc.)

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing.

- Previous experience in a global or remote-first company.
