About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to help scale our growing team by finding and attracting exceptional talent. You’ll be focused on sourcing and screening / interviewing world-class candidates across commercial and product roles, including marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, UI/UX, product management and sales engineers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to make sure we continue hiring top talent as we grow.
What You Will Do:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to find and attract world-class talent with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong commitment and passion for success, focusing on commercial and product roles, including marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, UI/UX, product management and sales engineers
- Responsible for finding, screening / interviewing and nurturing high-quality candidates, introducing them to the magic of working at DeepJudge, while providing an outstanding candidate experience
- Shaping the recruitment / sourcing strategy and talent acquisition processes
- Representing DeepJudge as a passionate and compelling ambassador, contributing to elevating our employer brand across a highly competitive talent market
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting and sourcing—ideally at a fast-paced tech startup—with a focus on commercial roles
- Result-oriented, resourceful and autonomous self-starter obsessed with finding and attracting top candidates in highly competitive talent markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong screening and interviewing skills
- Target driven, disciplined, organized and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands and managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, demonstrated success in outreach campaigns to attract top talent
- Working hours aligned with US East Coast
