Your Impact
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Deliverect, you will have a significant impact on our mission to support the largest restaurants, grocery chains, and Q-commerce brands in your territory. You will use your strategic sales skills to map out the market, identify and cultivate new prospects, and develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business in your assigned region. You will also work closely with your clients to ensure their success with Deliverect and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
You'll play a pivotal role in empowering the biggest names in South American hospitality with cutting-edge automation solutions. This isn't just a sales job; it's a journey of partnership, growth, and driving positive change in a dynamic industry.
A Typical Day
- Identify ideal prospects, craft compelling presentations, and navigate deal negotiations with finesse, consistently exceeding targets.
- Create client-specific roadmaps for growth, showcasing how Deliverect can scale their operations. Anticipate objections and turn them into value propositions.
- Manage your HubSpot pipeline diligently, tracking performance and pinpointing areas for optimization. Calculate conversion rates and average deal size to optimize your time and impact.
- Partner with marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure regional success. Share insights and best practices via Slack and email to fuel collective learning.
- Embrace feedback and actively contribute to refining sales strategies in a supportive environment. Celebrate wins together, strengthening team morale and building a positive work culture.
Your Expertise
- Possess at least 5 years of SaaS sales experience, exceeding targets and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Middleware or integration experience is a bonus.
- Resilience, hard work, teamwork, problem-solving, coach-ability, time management, and independence are your cornerstones.
- The ability to be present 4 days a week in our Colonia Roma office in Mexico City, Enjoying a work-from-home option 2 days a week.
- Captivate audiences with impactful presentations, both written and verbal. Effectively connect with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, exuding professionalism and empathy.
- Previous sales methodology training and a thirst for knowledge in SaaS and F&B are valued assets. Think critically and generate creative solutions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential. Travel to industry conferences and client visits (10-20% of the year) is part of the journey.
In addition to these specific requirements, it is also important to note that Deliverect operates in a fast-paced and competitive industry. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, driven, and eager to learn. With the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
