Your Impact
Have a significant impact on Deliverect’s expansion in the US within the Strategic Accounts team, which oversees the largest US accounts. The goal is to build, grow and manage the relationships with the largest US franchise groups and to sell into those groups while another team runs the corporate relationships.
The role will be a mix of strategy, partnerships, and operations to position Deliverect as the SaaS technology frontrunner in this segment. Your strategic partnership prowess will not only fuel revenue growth and market expansion but also lead to significant partner acquisition, cementing Deliverect's status as a global expert in
order management solutions for the hospitality and e-commerce industries.

A Typical Day:

  • Sales Execution:
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities within US franchise groups.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target accounts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within the large US franchise groups.
  • Deal Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven sales track record with the largest US franchise groups
  • Proven dense network within numerous leading franchise groups
  • Comfortable within regular travel and also at short notice when required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Your foundation lies in customer obsession, resilience, hard work, teamwork, problem-solving, coachability, and time management.

  • This is a full-time which can be based throughout the East Coast US.
