Department Focus
The Customer Program Management (CPM) team is a globally focused group that strategically manages and executes high-priority projects for our Enterprise and STRAC customers. We provide expert oversight, ensuring projects stay clearly defined and on track to deliver successful outcomes. The CPM team is pivotal in guaranteeing a seamless onboarding experience for Enterprise clients adopting both our established and innovative product offerings. By effectively managing communication with all internal and external stakeholders, it ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle, ultimately driving value and success for our key customers.
Your Impact
Deliverect is looking for a dynamic Customer Program Manager to drive the successful rollout and adoption of our platform across enterprise clients. This role plays a critical part in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, optimising onboarding processes, and ensuring seamless implementation of product deliverables. By managing complex programmes with precision and foresight, the ideal candidate will enhance the customer journey, mitigate project risk, and ultimately elevate enterprise satisfaction and retention. The position presents an exciting opportunity to deepen expertise in SaaS delivery while contributing meaningfully to Deliverect’s mission of transforming the hospitality and retail industries.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our London or Ghent office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com) to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
  • Understand cloud-based technologies and SaaS products to effectively oversee project implementation.
  • Work with APIs and software development lifecycles to facilitate smooth integrations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent potential roadblocks.
  • Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Manage relationships with key client contacts, strategic partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with 5-8 years of experience in total within the enterprise software or technology sector.
  • Experience leading and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a focus on achieving project goals.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and flexible to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Understanding of cloud-based technologies and SaaS products.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycles (basic understanding is sufficient).Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Bachelors degree preferred; however, strong project management experience can supersede formal education.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
