At Deliverect, our API-first platform is revolutionizing commerce by providing a connected suite of on and off-premise solutions. We empower both the food and retail industries to expand their revenue and simplify their operations, creating seamless experiences for businesses to sell anywhere and deliver everywhere. Join us in this exciting journey, where your contributions will directly impact how businesses connect with their customers in a rapidly evolving global market.
Department Focus:
The Strategic Accounts team at Deliverect, comprised of Global Success Architects, is a team of highly skilled professionals passionately dedicated to propelling global businesses to success in the digital age. By crafting and executing tailored solutions, we enhance digital ordering experiences, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiencies on a multi-regional scale. With a customer-first approach, we collaborate closely to understand unique needs and align our solutions with their objectives, working hand-in-hand with both internal and external teams for seamless integration. As trusted partners, we guide our customers through the evolving digital landscape, helping them achieve their business goals and architecting global success stories.
Your Impact:
As a Special Projects Manager at Deliverect, you will lead the execution of high-priority initiatives that sit at the intersection of strategy and operations. These include strategic pilots, enterprise RFPs, and bespoke customer engagements across our global Strategic Accounts portfolio. Your impact will be felt in how quickly and effectively we mobilize new opportunities, unblock complex programs, and turn executive vision into operational outcomes. You’ll drive alignment across teams, improve stakeholder coordination, and ensure Deliverect’s most critical initiatives deliver measurable value to our customers and our business.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Toronto Office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Lead the execution of enterprise pilots, RFPs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, executive expectations, and commercial outcomes (30%)
  • Own stakeholder coordination across functions, bringing together Product, Ops, Engineering, Strategic Accounts, and other teams to ensure clarity of roles, accountability, and timelines (20%)
  • Proactively manage risks and remove blockers, escalating only when needed and maintaining momentum through ambiguity (15%)
  • Translate executive objectives into operational project plans, with clear milestones, owners, KPIs, and reporting structures (10%)
  • Build and maintain program reporting frameworks, surfacing key insights and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders (10%)
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts, feeding learnings into engagement playbooks and repeatable delivery models (10%)
  • Support and mentor program contributors, bringing structure, documentation, and clarity to collaborative projects across departments (5%)

What you will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, enterprise consulting, or cross-functional project delivery within SaaS or tech, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through execution with limited direction
  • Familiarity with enterprise RFPs, onboarding workflows, or go-to-market pilots in a B2B context
  • A strong bias for action and a builder’s mindset—you structure ambiguity into clarity and bring others with you
  • Ability to communicate confidently with executives, while also working hands-on with frontline team members
  • Fluency in Slides, Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar) to drive insights and alignment
  • A consultative and customer-oriented approach that balances long-term strategy with short-term urgency
  • Experience mentoring or enabling peers, especially in fast-moving or cross-functional contexts
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, unblocking mentality—you don’t wait to be told where to add value
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and models a culture of ownership
