Your Impact:
As a Financial Analyst at Deliverect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational integrity of the company. You will drive strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering insightful reports to senior leadership. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will directly impact the overall efficiency of financial operations and contribute to Deliverect's success in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Dubai office and 2 days from the comfort of your home
What you will do:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and variances in key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Create reports and presentations that explain financial results to management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations beyond the numbers.
- Support the budgeting and financial forecasting processes by gathering data, analyzing trends, and helping to create financial models.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
- Work with large and complex data sets to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Perform reconciliations of various accounts, including bank accounts, receivables, and payables, to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Facilitate the implementation and improvement of internal controls related to financial processes.
- Coordinate the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory compliance documents.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide financial data and support decision-making processes.
What you will Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven company
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator capable of explaining financial data to non-finance staff and telling a compelling story with data.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A hands-on, driven, and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
Nice to Have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Experience working in the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with financial systems like ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
