Your Impact:
As an experienced Event Manager, you will take full ownership of our B2B events strategy and execution across global and regional initiatives , ensuring memorable experiences that build brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships. Reporting to the Global Head of Growth Marketing , your leadership will be instrumental in managing and mentoring an Events Specialist , driving seamless project delivery, and delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a full-time, fixed-term (9 months) hybrid role, with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our London office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting for all global and regional B2B events, including annual customer events, trade shows, conferences, and private gatherings (approx. 50% of time).
  • Manage budgets ranging from €10k to €500k per event, developing event concepts, overseeing logistics, and driving continuous improvement by analyzing ROI, gathering key metrics, and compiling post-event reports (approx. 15% of time).
  • Directly manage, mentor, and guide the Events Specialist, ensuring their professional development and output aligns with business goals through effective delegation of tasks (approx. 15% of time).
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across the Global Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Global Strategic Accounts teams to align events with broader company objectives (approx. 10% of time).
  • Develop and execute pre- and post-event promotional campaigns in collaboration with the wider Marketing team, including email marketing and social media, and oversee all event branding and production (approx. 5% of time).
  • Lead all vendor and supplier coordination, negotiating contracts and terms for logistics and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality (approx. 5% of times)

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years in B2B event management, demonstrating the ability to independently plan, budget, and execute both virtual and in-person events.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to budget management.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a direct report or leading a project team is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for managing senior-level stakeholder expectations and clearly conveying information to diverse internal and external teams.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with an optimistic attitude, comfortable taking calculated risks and driving innovation in event formats.

Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience in the SaaS or hospitality / food technology industry.
  • Experience with B2B marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot & Cvent)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Jira or Asana)Additional languages are a plus.
