Your Impact:
As the Regional General Manager for APAC, you will serve as the strategic architect and operational leader for one of our most dynamic growth regions. You will hold full P&L responsibility, steering the region's expansion by connecting our global vision with local execution. By building high-performing teams and fostering strategic partnerships, you will directly influence how enterprise and MM restaurants across Asia-Pacific digitize their operations, playing a pivotal role in cementing Deliverect’s position as a global leader in the food-tech landscape.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Sydney office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end APAC business strategy, managing the regional P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
  • Spearhead commercial growth by driving targeted customer acquisition strategies across SMB and Enterprise sectors, ensuring alignment with global sales objectives.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a diverse, high-performing cross-functional team (Sales, Success, Support), fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance.
  • Forge and nurture executive-level relationships with key strategic partners, including POS providers, delivery channels, and major restaurant groups, to expand our market reach.
  • Drive exceptional regional customer outcomes, achieving targets for customer retention, expansion, and advocacy by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Champion regional interests and coordinate collaboration between APAC and Global Teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing), ensuring market feedback drives product enhancements and global alignment.
  • Act as the visible, influential face of Deliverect in the region, leveraging deep market knowledge to communicate our value proposition and build lasting trust that drives high-value customer acquisition and loyalty.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor business health, identifying opportunities to refine workflows, streamline processes, and elevate the overall client and employee experience.

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in general management or senior leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS, Food Tech, or Hospitality industries.
  • A track record in scaling revenue, managing P&L, and leading enterprise sales cycles with a history of hitting and exceeding growth targets.
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic plans, utilizing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Looker to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading geographically distributed teams, with a passion for mentoring talent and fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders and presenting effectively to diverse audiences.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, navigating ambiguity with a solution-oriented approach.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
