The Role

As an Business Analyst reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will help design, build, and update HR dashboards for the company’s various stakeholders, including top management. Your mastering of analysis tools, attention to detail and willingness to learn make you a good fit for this position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build PowerBI dashboards with HR data for the company’s stakeholders, starting with top management
  • Update monthly/quarterly dashboards and enrich them with analyses of key events
  • Review HR data storage architecture to feed dashboards with relevant information
  • Configure reports in third-party applications (HiBob, Greenhouse) to facilitate dashboard update
  • Provide documentation to facilitate updates to dashboard data
  • Design and implement audits to maintain quality and integrity of data
  • [Optional] If there is enough time, implement live API-mediated data update from third-party applications

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Currently preparing a Master's degree in business Analysis (MIAGE, business school, engineering school, Sciences Po, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is required
